Concept
An exclusive rooftop supper club atop the 9th Fl. Bldg. in Verdun, where mystery meets fine dining. Invitations are highly curated, with themed menus, paired with curated wines and cocktails for an unforgettable evening,
along with different secret locations around Lebanon, a Chef's Table experience, and multi-day journeys that are crafted to explore
hidden gems beyond the usual routes. With an intimate group of 12-20 guests per event, guests receive only a date and a hint
upon invitation, with full details revealed 24 hours before. Expect world-class food, impeccable ambiance, and a touch of the unexpected.

For those seeking an even more elevated dining experience, The Chef’s Table at Supper No. 9 offers an exclusive front-row seat to culinary artistry. Collaborating with Chefs from Lebanon and from different cities around the world, this intimate experience allows you to dine at the heart of the action, engaging directly with the chef as each course is plated before you.
Expect off-menu surprises, curated wine pairings, and behind-the-scenes storytelling that bring each dish to life. From the sourcing of ingredients to the inspiration behind the evening’s theme, the Chef’s Table is a rare opportunity to witness the creative process unfold in real time.

Curating extraordinary dining experiences across Lebanon, each set in a unique and unexpected location—whether a historic landmark or an abandoned, mystical site. Every event brings together 20 handpicked guests, carefully selected to enjoy an unforgettable evening of exceptional cuisine, fine wine, and captivating ambiance. More than just a meal, these gatherings celebrate Lebanon’s rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and culinary excellence, transforming each dinner into a one-night-only immersive experience.
The anticipation that surrounds this experience builds up from the moment you purchase a ticket, knowing only a date and the closest village
to where we’ll set the table. The next hint comes two months before the Supper, when we’ll share the nearest town to help you
plan a possible overnight stay or a full-blown weekend getaway. At last, 24 hours before our gathering starts, you will receive
coordinates to the Supper location. The menu and bespoke details will remain a secret until we welcome you at the table.
